We sell and market products and services to companies and adult individuals in Finland and the EU. We are a 100% Finnish private company.
These delivery terms apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
These delivery terms and conditions are valid from 03.08.2016. We may unilaterally change the delivery terms and conditions from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms and conditions in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Delivery costs are €9.90* - Excluding long products that require separate handling, such as ladders, wheelbarrows, washing machines, etc., for which we will inform you of the delivery costs separately.
Minimum order is €20
All prices in the online store include value added tax.

The payment options offered by Klarna are displayed in the Klarna Checkout service. The payment options currently available in the Klarna Checkout service are invoice, credit card, card payment, or direct payment via bank. After the customer has entered payment information in the Checkout service, the remaining payment methods are those that are possible for the customer. The default payment option is always invoice when possible. The customer can easily change the payment method to, for example, card or online banking payment after pressing the "BUY" button, if these options were not initially available. If the customer does not enter a personal identification number in the system, then only card payment and online banking payment are possible.
The customer can pay with debit and credit cards of all Finnish banks and in the online banking of the following banks: S-pankki, Aktia, Danske Bank, Osuuspankki, Nordea and Säästöpankki. When paying by card, the customer must provide the card number, card expiry date, CVC code and, when paying with some cards, also the 3D secure code. In addition, the customer's bank may require separate identification in the online bank with online banking credentials. Please also make sure that you have activated the online payment feature of your card in your online bank before making the payment.
Debit/Credit card
You can pay with Debit/Credit cards and Visa Electron cards. Paying with a debit card is easier, faster and safer than with an online bank. You do not need separate codes, just the card itself. If the payment is made with a debit card, it will be debited directly from your account in the same way. Since your credit card company guarantees payments with a Debit/Credit card, it is a safer option for you. If there are any problems, you can always get your money back from the credit card company if the purchase was made from a European online store. When you have a choice between a debit card and a credit card, you can pay for online purchases directly from your account or from the credit account linked to the card.
When paying with a Credit card, the card number is the 16-digit number on the front of the card. The 3-digit verification code used in online payments, i.e. the CVV2 number, can be found on the back of the card to the right of the signature area. When paying with a Debit or Credit/Debit card with the Debit feature, you must use the number in the lower left corner of the back of the card. The first 16 digits serve as the card number and the last three serve as the verification code.
Visa Electron
You can also pay with a Visa Electron card if you have activated the online payment feature of your Electron card in your online bank. When ordering, you will be redirected to your bank's secure verification service, where your purchase will be verified with your online banking credentials (Verified by Visa).
Credit card
We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Online banking payment
You can pay for your order using Klarna directly in your online bank with your bank details.
Invoice / Installment payment
The invoice can also be paid in installments of 3-36 months. The invoice can also be paid at your own pace, in which case the customer can decide the amount to be paid each month (however, at least one (9) euros). The monthly cost is known, as is when the entire amount has been paid. In addition, all purchases that are paid at your own pace with flexible installment payments are combined into a convenient monthly invoice. The monthly invoice gives you a good overview of your situation and everything can be paid with just one invoicing payment.
Klarna payment time campaigns
Klarna offers our customers various payment term promotions from time to time. The customer must meet Klarna's credit terms in order to be eligible for the promotional payment term.
Payment methods for companies:
Klarna offers businesses the option to pay by card, online banking and invoice. Please note that when ordering by invoice, the order must be made to the address where the company is registered, i.e. the billing and delivery addresses must be the same. Paytrail is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7), and is part of the Nets family.
The Paytrail payment processing service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Paytrail Oyj appears on your bank statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale and other obligations it defines itself. If you want to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store directly from which the product was ordered.
You have access to payment buttons from all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are made using a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
The mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the app and allow you to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the app in question.
Pivo also supports Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service that works on Apple devices and allows you to pay for purchases with a payment card connected to the device.
Invoice and installment payment services through Paytrail are offered by OP, Walley and Alisa. OP and Alisa also offer invoice and installment payment options for corporate customers.

Alisa Business Invoice is a flexible and secure payment method for companies. The payment method is suitable for all Finnish companies without the need to submit separate documents. The buyer's right to purchase is fully verified digitally and the purchase transaction only takes a few minutes.

Our most common delivery times are 2-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times are provided in the product options.
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, after receiving the first batch of goods.
Cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example by email, by calling our customer service at the email address below or by calling 040 531 4042.

When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact information , as well as your account number for a refund.

If there has been a human error when ordering the wrong size product, the exchange/return will be resolved over the phone. Return/exchange shipping costs can be negotiated free of charge.

Please inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, or if it does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.

In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.
CLEANCENTER is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with respect to the damage in question.
We strive to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to resolve the matter.
